[23:55] <FireFly_9> AND... to add insult to injury, they won't reship me a 16 GB unit, just refund the money, so the original sale price will be lost unless I have papa order it for me again.

[23:55] <FireFly_9> I'm feeling very annoyed because there is an iPod Touch in a sealed box right here and I cannot touch it because I have to return it.
